Yuba City was founded in 1849...... Yaadan Punjab Diyan (YPD) is a unique blend of Punjabi,Hindi And Pakistani programming for television, that is important to the Indo-American community in the Yuba -Sutter area since December 1998. 
YPD touches the lives and interests of Indo-Americans from India, Pakistan, Fiji, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and others of Indian descent. The Yuba-Sutter area is one of the largest Indo-American communities in California..YPD provides a program that reaches this massive and important audience. For many it is the solid link to their cultural roots. 

Special Attractions A forum is provided for community members to participate by answering quiz questions and requesting and dedicating songs...State of the art computer programs  are used to create and edit commercials and program.YPD features the latest news of interest to the East Indian community.
